Hi, i need help. i must get data from a remote mssql server.
i try to connect to the mssql server (port 1433 is reachable from the webserversystem) with this
command:
$mscon = mssql_connect("ntsrv124.db.servers.local","readonly","read");
But my webbrowsers only writes:
Warning: mssql_connect() [function.mssql-connect]: Unable to connect to server:
ntsrv124.db.servers.local.de in C:\Webserver\htdocs\TEMPLATE\server.php on line 4
I'm not very experienced with databaces... i have read the documentation of de.php.net but what
is mean with the interfaces file ? did i neet an odbc - connection ? what can be my mistake.
