Dont forget about optional "replace" parameter...
for example:
you trying to set cookies with header():
<?
header("Set-Cookie: testcookie1=123; path=/");
header("Set-Cookie: testcookie2=123; path=/");
header("Set-Cookie: testcookie3=123; path=/");
header("Set-Cookie: testcookie4=123; path=/");
?>
in result just "testcookie4" will be sended to browser!
The correct way is:

header("Set-Cookie: testcookie1=123; path=/", FALSE);
header("Set-Cookie: testcookie2=123; path=/", FALSE);
header("Set-Cookie: testcookie3=123; path=/", FALSE);
header("Set-Cookie: testcookie4=123; path=/", FALSE);
