note 60430 added to install.windows.apache2

Hi, I am attempting to get my MySQL working and have done exactly as stated by Chris, yet I still connot get any mysql statements to work. I have uncommenting the "extension=php_mysql.dll" in the php.ini. I have moved the "libmySQL.dll" to the windows directory.
