XPertMailer is a php class that you can use to send
encoded MIME type e-mail messages (text/palin, text/html,
HTML embeded images, attachments) towards a localhost,
client or relay SMTP servers with optional authorisation.
For more details, please visit: http://www.xpertmailer.com/
A simple example howto use and send an HTML e-mail:
<?php
// you will need to download the latest version of XPertMailer
// get it at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/xpertmailer/
require_once 'XPertMailer.php';
// default SMTP server connection is SMTP_LOCAL_CLIENT
// that means if you can not use SMTP server from localhost
// XPertMailer will try to send your mail directly to SMTP client server
// optional you can use a RELAY SMTP server with authentification
$mail = new XPertMailer(SMTP_LOCAL_CLIENT);
// set from mail address and name (company)
$mail->from("my@account.com", "My Name");
// text/plain version
$text = "Text version of this massage";
// text/html version
$html = '<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC \"-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN\">
<html>
<body>
<font color="red">This is a <b><u><i>text/html
</i></u></b> message format.</font>
</body>
</html>';
// send the e-mail :-)
$send = $mail->send("user@domain.com", "subject", $text, $html);
// compare the result and print a message
echo $send ? "Done." : "Error.";
?>
