note 60513 added to function.socket-connect

Thats my real address btw, not a spoof name. I have <?php function_exists('socket_connect') or die('Socket library not installed!'); ?> in a document I am trying to use with the command line version of php. I have php 5 installed on a windows machine, and I get the message Socket library not installed!. this is not my file, but I checked out the fucntion socket_connect and traced it back to "php_sockets.dll" which I do have. I am lost. Dont know what to do. I had installed php4 with an "easy" installer a while ago but uninstalled.
