note 60527 added to ref.tidy

Doh! Further to my previous posting related to installing the tidy extension for php5 on Ubuntu Breezy 5.10 - the instructions I provided seem only to install the (pecl) version of tidy 1.x suitable for php4.3.x+ and not the more advanced version tidy 2.x usable only with php5+...
