note 60651 added to install.windows.apache1

For those of you stuck on; # Add to the end of the AddModule section AddModule mod_php5.c If your installing on Apache 2, you will not find the AddModule section. I found in other documentation, that is not longer needed in Apache 2 and you do not need to put this line.
