If you have apache and a lot of virtual hosts you can add the following to your httpd.conf:
Alias /phpmanual/ "D:/My Documents/webroot/phpmanual/"
<Directory "D:/My Documents/webroot/phpmanual/">
DirectoryIndex index.html
AllowOverride None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>
Then set your doc refs to:
docref_root = "/phpmanual/"
docref_ext = .html
That way no matter what hosts you're working on html_errors will work.
