In addition to the aforementioned repercussions, the _TS Visual Studio configurations (that all use
the /MD[d] option) conflict with OpenLdap 2.2 configuration (that uses /MT[d]) option).
What are the consequences of building a PHP 4 module for Apache 1.3.x (along with the associated PHP
extensions modules) using the non _TS configurations? Should Apache/PHP still work as expected?
