note 60998 added to function.require-once

You'll find this useful when implementing the new AJAX methods being touted across the web. I originally had each portion of my website contained in include files (external scripts) to better allow me to manage the growing size of all my scripts. I then decided to use an AJAX solution which means I had to call the same external script through javascript rather than an include. So when calling a php function to be passed through a javascript call and implanted between a <div id> tag you have to include the scripts containing the database connections, functions, etc again.
