Downloaded php_sqlite.dll extension for the above. Could not get it running with 'unable to
load 'php_sqlite.dll' extension - Access is denied' when loading pages.
Tried setting TMP variable as suggested above - did not help. Then I simply *shared* my c:\PHP
directory allowing others to read/write from the network.
This did the trick. Obviously, a bit of a security concern but if you are using IIS+PHP for dev/test
(like I do) and linux/apache/php for production then it might be OK.
