note 61041 added to function.ldap-bind

ldap_bind() will throw an exception saying "Confidentiality required" if TLS is enabled on the NOVELL Server side settings. And TLS is suggested to be enabled as mentioned in the NOVELL documentation. Is there any way to bind with NOVELL LDAP Server with "TLS Required" option set to YES. Any help is highly appreciated.
