note 61250 added to ref.mysqli

I'm having a problem with MySQL 5 and PHP 5. I was using MySQL 4.1 with PHP 5 and all was great, no problems. They started when I downloaded MySQL 5. I've removed MySQL 4 completely and installed v5 fresh in a new location. But now, PHP 5 complains it can't load either php_mysql.dll or php_mysqli.dll, saying that it can't find them. They haven't moved anywhere!
