note 61339 added to ref.pdo-mysql

Has anyone has luck getting the PDO driver to work with MySQL 5.0? I notice the drivers use the old client driver and I saw that MySQL released an updated mysql/mysqli driver for windows but not the pdo library. Has anyone gotten the client library to compile against pdo and work with MySQL 5.0?
