note 61401 added to ref.session

After spending 3 days trying to troubleshoot a session script that worked on a development server and not on production equipment, I discovered another 'feature' of IE6+. If your URL includes an under_score in the name (e.g. server1.company_intranet.local), IE6 will refuse to keep a session alive. After identifying the problem and trying all of the recommended php header fixes, the only real options were to use the IP instead or otherwise eliminate the _underscore_.
