note 61447 added to ref.image

Please ignore/remove my previous entry "Image Functions", 24-Jan-2006 02:02. It is incorrect. There is NO difference in the output file sizes. The reason why the file sizes came out different on my systems were due to a bug that leaked data after imagepng/imagejpeg functions had been called.
