Is there a better way to save whats in the current session and load it at a later date? I would love for a way to say session_save("myname") and then when I login a week later, do session_load("myname") and be right where I left off. Anyone have any ideas? I'm using session_encode and _decode to achieve this goal for now, but it seems silly. ---- Server IP: 64.71.164.2 Probable Submitter: 207.196.111.4 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.session-encode.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+61661 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61661&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61661&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61661&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61661&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: non-english -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61661&report=yes&reason=non-english Delete: already in docs -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61661&report=yes&reason=already+in+docs Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+61661&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+61661&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
