i have a file downloading script that uses sessions, readfile, all that fun. i also have the
downloading controlled by a database, so that on the page where the file is served, it updates the
count of how many times the file has been downloaded.
problem: IE6 in win xp sp2 now has the information bar, which causes a second loading of this page.
is there any way i can effectively make the script not count IE6 sp2 users twice in my download
counts?
