Dante 28-Dec-2005 06:42 If you're using code like the manual's example, it is a good idea to keep using HTTP/1.0 instead of changing it to HTTP/1.1. Using HTTP/1.1 with fsockopen sometimes results in junk before and after the body content (but not in the headers). This is not actually true, if you are using HTTP/1.1, you will most likely be receiving chunked data. The 'junk' that you are seeing is probably the size of the chunks in hex. ---- Server IP: 203.16.234.90 Probable Submitter: 220.237.80.90 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.fsockopen.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+62046 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62046&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62046&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62046&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62046&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: non-english -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62046&report=yes&reason=non-english Delete: already in docs -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62046&report=yes&reason=already+in+docs Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62046&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+62046&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
