note 62181 added to ref.mysql

Hi I was wondering if someone could be of some assistance. I am pretty new to PHP and Mysql. This is what I am trying to do. We have a database full of IP address and other information. We want to be able to query our database by typing in an IP via the web browser and have it look through the mysql database search for that IP and print out the entire row with the IP and all the other information on that row.

Can someone point me in the right direction or does can someone give me an example of code that I could use.
