I ran into a snag where I wanted to have an INI file for a library. All attempts to parse the file from the library, apart from hardcoded path qualification, failed because it couldn't find the INI file. Some of the php functions will optionally use the include path. Adding this to the parse_ini_file() function would permit its use in this way and would encourage not putting INI files in document root. ---- Server IP: 64.71.164.2 Probable Submitter: 12.10.219.39 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.parse-ini-file.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+62184 Delete: added to the manual -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62184&report=yes&reason=added+to+the+manual Delete: bad code -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62184&report=yes&reason=bad+code Delete: spam -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62184&report=yes&reason=spam Delete: useless -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62184&report=yes&reason=useless Delete: non-english -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62184&report=yes&reason=non-english Delete: already in docs -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62184&report=yes&reason=already+in+docs Delete: other reasons -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+62184&report=yes Reject -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+62184&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
