note 62240 added to ref.yaz

With a php5 installation can be done with pecl:

 - sudo pecl install yaz


to test that it's installed properly, run phpinfo() and look for the yaz section

if you don't see the "yaz" section

a) run 'sudo pecl config-show'
b) find the 'PHP extension directory'
c) compare the "PHP extension directory" with the one listed in phpinfo()
d) if it's different, update your php.ini

NOTE: you may also need to add an extension entry for yaz in the php.ini file.
