note 62317 added to ref.cybercash

After discussing this with Bill Shupp, he suggested that one was able to create the .so file, but cybercash did not work. Bill said, "You should probably get another gateway. As you can see, the module compiles and loads, but doesn't actually *work*. I posted that before the tests were complete. The client in question eventually got another gateway, as the cybercash gateway does not appear to be supported anymore, and I wasted a LOT of time getting as far as I did, which ended up in failure."
