note 62350 added to index

I like PHP, but the documentation, both in-program and here, online, is incredibly sketchy. I cannot figure out how to configure the board, and I have run many bulletin boards online, so I am not totally stupid. Where does one go to find the administration panel, so I can change the name of the board, and configure it? The administration panel link simply takes me to a non-functional screen. ---- Server IP: 64.71.164.2 Probable Submitter: 216.160.59.85 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/index.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/note/edit/62350 Del: integrated -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/62350/integrated Del: useless -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/62350/useless Del: bad code -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/62350/bad+code Del: spam -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/62350/spam Del: non-english -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/62350/non-english Del: in docs -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/62350/in+docs Reject -- http://master.php.net/reject/62350&report=yes Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
