I put together the following test case:
test.php:
<?php
include_once("inc2.php");
include_once("inc1.php");
echo dd_myvar;
?>
inc1.php
<?php
define("dd_myvar", "inc1");
?>
inc2.php
<?php
define("dd_myvar", "inc2");
?>
if we open test.php then it prints: inc2. My conclusion is that once the definition has made that
is it, dont bother defining it again...
