IF YOU CAN'T FIND A LOT OF THE FILES LISTED...
...the files may be considered system files, and therefore they are invisible--at least that's
what happened to me on win98. To make them visible, navigate to your php folder and click on
View/Folder Options/View, and under Hidden Files check 'Show all files'.
