For anyone trying to clear auto_prepend_file using Apache SAPI modules, you can only specify
"none". This is useful if you have auto_prepend in one directory but want it turned off
for a child directory. Specifying "" (as in the php.ini setting) or "off" or OFF
or FALSE or anything else will result in errors.
php_value auto_prepend_file none
