note 63290 added to faq.misc

Our forum, build in PHP, gets daily new users from the US who add a gambling or sex-website to their user-name. Is there a possibility to block adding websites by the user and only have websites added by the administrator? Now I spent everyday time to remove all users with a non wanted website.
