I have been seeing a lot of people mentioning problems with the PHP install files, and some
mentioning of XXAMP etc. I have found that a program called Webserv is the ultimate setup for using
MySQL, PHP, PHPmyadmin, Apache, and more. This is a complete server system that is made for Windows
XP and possibly others. When it is installed, MySQL and Apache are run as services, deleting the
need to start the servers prior to being able to use them.
Hope others will find this to be as good as I have.

find it under projects webserv. For some reason URLs are cut on here. Sorry
