What's up with the Win32 build, doesn't it have the memory limit enabled at all?
The Win32 package (as of 4.4.2) comes with a default "memory_limit = 8M" in the included
ini files (php.ini-dist, php.ini-recommended). But it seems to ignore it completely, it's
neither in the phpinfo() nor the ini_get_all(), and no it can't be set with ini_set().
Wanna' compile a new one?
Thanks
