It appears that the post by admin on 08-Dec-05 has a typo near the end. In the nested if statement,
both the first and fourth branches appear to have the same condition: HTTP_X_FORWARDED. Unless
there are some side effects going on that I am not aware of, I believe that a different fourth case
should be tested.
