When redirecting a page permanently, it isn't generally sufficient to do the following:
header ('Location: '.$txLocation);
as this issues a 302, and search engine bots don't treat this correctly; the receiving page
will not receive 'credit' for the link, so to speak.
A 301 has to be issued, thus:
header ('HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently');
header ('Location: '.$txLocation);
