note 63684 added to function.imagettftext

I'll second the note from --colobri--. Just adding --with-ttf and --with-freetype-dir=/usr/lib/ on the ./configure and then doing a "make; make install" is not enough. I had to do a "make clean" and then a "make install" in order to get the FreeType-support enabled.
