Just a note on the note from 12 April 2005
You would not be running Apache anything, not in regards to executing the PHP - you would be
executing the PHP directly
Calling a file like this
c:\php\cli\php.exe d:\webserver\mysite\script.php?foo=bar
in any operating system that I know of is not going to work. Linux/Windows/whatever
as you discovered
c:\php\cli\php.exe d:\webserver\mysite\script.php bar
would work
or, to keep things almost as you tried to run it to start with
c:\php\cli\php.exe d:\webserver\mysite\script.php
foo=bar&foo2=bar2&foo3=bar3&so_on=and_so_on
then at the top of the script - or in a prepend script
parse_str($argv[1]);
end of problem
