note 63867 added to function.header

A small note on the header('Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="downloaded.pdf"') -usage: I found out that the use of double-quotes (") around the filename doesn't work in Firefox, and is not needed for the header to work, even for filenames with spaces in it.
