hi there! here's what i found.
say we have a file
configure.php
<?php
$a = 'some text';
?>
and another file
test.php that includes the first file.
both files are located in the same dir (in the root dir)
if test.php is
<?php
include('http://localhost/configure.php');
echo $a;
//output is nothing
?>
if test.php is
<?php
include('configure.php');
echo $a;
//output is 'some text'
?>
