note 64088 added to language.control-structures

I was looking everywhere for this, but I can't find it anywhere... I'm working on a site that has a header and footer file include, and the way I have it set up, well... it's irrelevant to the question... The point is, I was wondering if there was a way to start a structure on the header file include... and end it with a else statement on the footer... that way it runs through and if a variable is true, then it continues... if not... then it calls the else statement attached to it in the footer... Maybe some functions?
