With register_globals turned off, to place form data sent as an array (here via a post) into a
convenient one-dimensional array you need to do something like the following. In this example, the
array comes from a multiple select named 'select[]'.
<?php
for($i = 0; $i<count($_POST['select']); $i++)
{
$select[$i] = $_POST['select'][$i];
}
?>
