It is important to point out that this problem could have been avoided by setting the extension_dir in PHP.INI to point to the PHP extension directory (C:/php/ext). By doing so, you continue to maintain all extensions in one directory and avoid creating DLL hell. Most people will try to get their installations running by copying everything to the system32 or the php directory which makes the matter worse and difficult to file manage (aka DLL hell), let alone debug. regards, kerry kobashi
