A little OT, but why the use of eval()???
This:

foreach ( $GLOBALS as $key => $value )
{
$$key = &$GLOBALS[ $key ];
}
?>
works much better.
Using variable variables (http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.variables.variable.php).
