note 64559 added to ref.mysql

I had problems with the _connect function not found. I thought I had it configured properly, with the extension line uncommented and c:\php added to the end of my path variable. But after following Nathans comments, it wasnt until I moved c:\php to the beginning of the path variable it started working.
