I just moved everything over to Windows Server 2003, 64bit edition, and the libmysql.dll would not
load from the c:\windows\system32 directory even if the directory was in the path. Moving the
libmysql.dll file to the c:\windows\system folder worked though even though that directory is not in
the path... I guess Windows 64 works in wierd ways.
