PHP 5.1.2 allows 51 numbers after decimal point when changing precision to whatever value. You can easily generate the Pi value using: <?php ini_set("precision","8000"); $r=22/7; echo $r; // Outputs 3.142857142857142793701541449991054832935333251953125 ?> This is more accurate than comments below, though I am not sure about 51 numbers after decimal point in versions below 5.1.2 ---- Server IP: 217.13.201.10 Probable Submitter: 84.9.162.75 ---- X-Spam-Status: No, hits=3.1 required=5.0 tests=DATE_MISSING,FROM_NO_LOWER autolearn=no version=2.64 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.pi.php Edit -- http://master.php.net/note/edit/64942 Del: integrated -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/64942/integrated Del: useless -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/64942/useless Del: bad code -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/64942/bad+code Del: spam -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/64942/spam Del: non-english -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/64942/non-english Del: in docs -- http://master.php.net/note/delete/64942/in+docs Del: other reasons-- http://master.php.net/note/delete/64942 Reject -- http://master.php.net/note/reject/64942 Search -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
