if you use apache's redirection feature for error pages the redirection vars (i.e.
$_SERVER['REDIRECT_URL']) are only set if you do not redirect to full URL.
does not work:
ErrorDocument 404 http://www.foo.com/404.php
works:
ErrorDocument 404 /404.php
probably an apache bug, perhaps someone wants to add it to their bug reporting system.
