Tried to install PHP 5.12 on Windows 2003 IIS6 as isapi module. Wasted several hours trying to load
php.ini. Always gets a blank screen.
My conclusion:
Use 5.05 or 5.04.
5.10 and 5.12 won't work in the above setup.
