note 65194 added to function.imagecreatetruecolor

I was getting black images when uploading from my Canon Powershot A540. The script I was using had always worked for me before (used to use it with a 2.1 MP camera). After a while, I determined that the files were just too high resolution for the install / server to deal with. After resizing in Photoshop, they worked fine. I don't think it's a Canon - specific issue - just a resolution / memory issue. My images opened in Photoshop as just over 20MB.
