note 11282 added to Apache Server installs

I have installed apache in c:\programme\apache group\apache (on a win2000 system) and the apache works well, but bot in combination with PHP, althought the php.ini is configured like that:doc_root =c:\programme\apache group\apache\htdocs but when I save a file in htdocs and tip in the IE http://localhost/test.php, nothing happens (the apache is installed as a service and is started). the apache is also configured in the right way.
