When you set return object name, PDO::FETCH_CLASS use.
$pdo = new PDO( $dsn, $user, $pass );
$sql = " SELECT key,value FROM hoge ";
$stmtObj = $pdo->query( $sql );
$rowObjs = $stmtObj->fetchAll(PDO::FETCH_CLASS,'otherClass');
class otherClass
{

}
print_r( $rowObjs );
