I
ve extremely low free space in my hosting and Ive encountered a situation that when
function ImageJPEG cant create a file it doesnt generate any errors or warnings,
moreover, it creates an empty file (which size may be even zero bytes) and successfully returns!
Also I can say that if you create an empty file to fill it later with ImageJPEG it should be closed
before calling ImageJPEG. Closing it after call to ImageJPEG wont work unlike early posted.
But maybe its configuration dependent?
