This function seems terribly buggy.
something as simple as:<BR>
<PRE>
if( ereg( "REPORT COMPLETE", $line ) ) {
<I>do something</I>
}
</PRE>
seems to miss the line a few times (repeated through a file), but catches it several thousand lines
later.
